Johan Calderon2021-08-31I had contacted multiple contractors for a front door installation for my house. Some never got back to me, some came. Then Avellino Construction and Property came. I was very impressed with how responsive, professional and thorough Brandon (one of the owners) was with the possible job ahead. I was so impressed that I hired him on the spot (had 2 other contractors scheduled to come). Before the job started somehow during the conversation, I mentioned to Brandon that my son was very allergic. The day that the job started, the crew came in and sealed the area with plastic. I asked the crew why the were sealing the area, since it was a "small job" and minimal dust would be in the air. The crew responded with, Brandon wants to make sure your son won't suffer from any additional allergies due to the elements. The door came out great, and we could not be happier with the project. Since, I have been using Avellino Properties for any home and property rental projects. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I decided to do a complete bathroom renovation. After some research, it became clear to me the tricky part was knowing who to trust and, as I made my inquiries; I was shocked at the horror stories I was told ranging from unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff to shoddy workmanship, deadline/timing issues, to actual theft of funds resulting in an incomplete job! It was at that time, a friend in real estate recommended to me Avellino Construction. The owner, Brandon was completely professional, knowledgably and extremely accommodating. His crew knew what they were doing and finished the job as planned. They even addressed the unexpected, unforeseen issues that came up (one of mine was a leak) which can and do happen in renovations! The bathroom renovation went beyond what I expected. I highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with the workmanship, and the overall experience with Avellino construction. I would definitely recommend them for any type of work needed. Great experience.
