- Insurance Binder listing Avellino Construction & Property Management as additional insured 3. Current Tenant List
- Current Rent Roll
- Outstanding Rents 1 Month Prior To New Management
- Current Security Deposit Ledger
- Current Leases and/or Lease End Dates
- Copies Of Any Active 3rd Party Service Contracts
